Founded in 1954, the Western Pension & Benefits Council (WP&BC) was created to meet the educational needs of pension and retirement plan professionals. Over time, its scope expanded to include the full spectrum of employee benefits, including health and welfare programs.
Today, WP&BC is recognized as one of the premier educational and professional organizations in the western United States for employee benefits professionals navigating an increasingly complex and regulated field.
