Program Notes:

Please join us on January 14th for an informative discussion about how the regulatory and legislative landscape may impact your employer sponsored plans.

  • Mary Powell from Trucker♦Huss will focus on health and welfare issues, including a discussion of health care reform.
  • Bob Holcomb of Empower Retirement will discuss retirement plans and the current policy and legislative climate.
  • Scott Floyd will speak about how Kaiser will position their health and welfare benefits for the coming year.

This is an important program for all benefits professionals. Our panelists will offer their perspectives on recent regulatory and legislative changes and how the political environment may impact employee benefits.

  • How will the ongoing political struggles on issues such as health care reform, the debt ceiling and possible spending cuts potentially impact your benefits?
  • What topics should you consider adding to your committee meeting agendas?

Our speakers will present what they see as potential changes and key issues for these programs, as well as share their viewpoints on practical concerns that may impact plan costs, administration, governance and human capital.
