Come join us for a lively roundtable discussion! Recent data breaches have brought to light the vulnerability of employee information stored by employee benefit service providers. These data breaches have also shown the patchwork of state and federal laws that apply to data breaches including regarding notification to individuals impacted, or potentially impacted, by the breach. As a result, employers are grappling with issues of legal compliance and employee relations.
During this brown bag lunch, we will share insights as to how service providers and employers are responding to data breaches affecting employee data.
