Program outline:
Our panel will cover a variety of topics that can help mitigate risk in today’s complex retirement administration arena.  It’s imperative that we all stay ahead of the high waters and maneuver safely down the retirement road!  You can also come with your questions and try to stump the experts!

Adam Sorensen is Director, Total Rewards at Ancestry, where he has global responsibility for the company’s compensation, benefits, retirement, employee recognition and HRIS initiatives. He joined the company in 2013. Prior to joining Ancestry, Adam was Global Practice Leader at WorldatWork, a global association for compensation and benefits professionals, where he worked with total rewards professionals around the world to develop strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Adam was previously the Global Work/Life Manager at Intel, where he led the company’s flexibility, childcare, and work/life training initiatives. Adam holds a Master of Organizational Behavior and B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Global Remuneration Professional.
