We are bombarded with messages on how to make design or investment menu changes to enable employees to be retirement ready, but why should plan sponsors care?

In fact, there are true economic reasons for CFOs to care as well as HR professionals.

The Chapter Meeting will feature a panel discussion on:

  • Why workers are not retirement ready, even if they have been contributing to their 401(k) plan.
  • A business case study for why a CFO should care that their workers can retire.
  • Ways the industry is working to prevent a dystopian future.
