PROGRAM OUTLINE:

The Convergence of Health and Wealth – Unlocking the Power of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
As healthcare costs rise, many employers are shifting greater responsibility to employees to save for expenses using tax-advantaged health savings accounts (HSAs).  In the constantly evolving benefits landscape, a growing number of employers are exploring ways to integrate health care savings with retirement plan savings. In this program, we will discuss this growing trend and help you navigate just how HSA’s not only intersect with retirement plans but also how they are becoming a bigger component of retirement planning .

Among the insights that will be offered during this thought-provoking program:

  • How HSA’s help employees save more
  • Ways participants should allocate contributions to maximize retirement savings.
  • Why retirement and healthcare plans working together can help improve employee engagement.
  • How an integrated, personalized approach can differentiate your plan and help with fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Explore the current regulatory environment and the ramifications of potential future legislative changes.
