The SF chapter of WPBC and WiPN present the second program of our Women & Investing Webinar Series: Investing in Women and an Inclusive Workplace
Please join us on Wednesday March 30, at 3pm for a panel discussion on the unique challenges and practical solutions for recruiting and retaining top talent in our Western region.
HR professionals realize that we can all do better when assessing our culture and inclusiveness. How do you find top talent, or cultivate leaders in today’s tight labor market and multi-generational workforce? More importantly how do you engage employees and foster an inclusive culture that will provide pathways to leadership to create business opportunities?
Using common sense and creative problem-solving, we will hear from two HR professional as they share what has worked for their companies’ recruiting, retention and development programs. They have built upon their companies’ foundational values, creating more internal and external opportunities for women and other under-represented groups, while measuring results and holding leadership and other stake-holders accountable.
Registration fee: $25.00
