We will hear from thought leaders Mike Reinschmidt, Managing Director of Total Rewards at Accenture, and Kim Vincent, Director of Strategic Accounts with Stock Plan Services at Schwab, who will share their experiences and current trends for making equity compensation programs more accessible to participating employees.
Designed to be an interactive discussion, Mike and Kim will outline the elements of successful equity plan design, administration and communication and point out pitfalls to avoid.
