Come join us for a lively roundtable discussion!
The Supreme Court’s holding that Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional impacts all kinds of employee benefits from retirement plans to health plans to FMLA. This roundtable discussion will focus on how employers are responding to the Supreme Court’s decision. Discussion topics will include any or all of the following:
Tonie Bitseff, Counsel at Nixon Peabody, will lead our roundtable discussion. Tonie Bitseff is a member of Nixon Peabody LLP’s Labor & Employment practice group. She is an experienced ERISA lawyer, and regarded as a leading authority on HIPAA, COBRA, and health plan compliance.
Alison Wright from Baker & McKenzie LLP will moderate.
