Program Notes:

Join us for an insightful discussion about how general counsel from top Fortune 100 companies are tackling tough employee benefits issues they face day to day.  This presentation will explore a variety of hot button issues that these general counsel are addressing, including:

  • Plan governance/compliance: What are your best practices for overseeing your company’s employee benefit plans?
  • Employee benefits issues: What issues are you facing right now and how are you handling them? What challenges do you anticipate going forward?
  • Internal interaction: How do you interact with human resources, finance, etc. in the administration of your plans?
  • External interaction: When do you engage outside counsel in projects? What do you expect from your external service providers? How do you manage your outside counsel and service providers?

REGISTER EARLY to secure your place. The cost is $45 for WP&BC Members, $85 for Non-members, if you register in advance. At the door, the cost is $55 for WP&BC members, $95 for Non-members (space permitting!). No refunds after Sept 30th, but substitutions are permitted at any time.

CONTINUING EDUCATION - CEUs are available for ASPPA,  CPAs, Actuaries and Attorneys. The WP&BC San Francisco Chapter is a State Bar of California approved provider.
