Health & Welfare Benefits:
PPACA Panel Discussion
Many companies are faced with increasing obligations resulting from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Our panel will offer broad-based viewpoints and provide insight into practical concerns that impact finance, administration, compliance, and human capital. The discussion will focus on the key issues and best practices for sponsors who are addressing current and future development plans for health & welfare benefit programs, including employees’ health plan choices relative to the public exchange marketplace and recent guidance impacting employers.
This session will begin with a brief overview from the presenters of the key components of PPACA that will impact your plans, and their views of options to better position corporate benefit programs. The moderator will then facilitate a discussion among the panelists and the audience.
