Ben Spater, Director, Trucker HussBen concentrates his practice on the design and tax-qualification of retirement plans including pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, the taxation of employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA.
Chris Donnager, Director, MFS Investment Management Christopher Donnager, AIF, is a director in the Investment Specialist Group, a subsidiary of MFS Investment Management® (MFS®). He is responsible for the firm’s investment management business through retirement plans in the southwestern United States.
Michon Caton, Director of Retirement Benefits, Gap, Inc.Michon is the Director of Retirement Benefits, PTO and Financial Education at GAP, Inc. Michon also serves as a Senior Benefits Analyst of Retirement Benefits. She has been with GAP for over 19 years.
Topics will include: DOL's position and fiduciary considerations for offering SRI/ESG investment options in a retirement plan. An investment manager's philosophy and process, and what that means for risk, returns and investment option evaluation. The plan sponsor's practical perspective and process on how they align company morals and values within the fiduciary parameters. Panel viewpoints on how to handle SRI/ESG fund requests, employee education, brokerage accounts, committee consideration process and plan documentation.
