Brodie Wood, SVP & National Practice Leader - Voya
Nicole Starks, VP of Diversity and Inclusion - Voya

Please join Brodie Wood, SVP & National Practice Leader for Voya's Not for Profit, Healthcare & Education markets along with Nicole Starks, VP of Diversity and Inclusion at Voya. They will present Voya's research and best practice approaches to helping diverse communities, which have suffered greater negative impacts due to COVID-19. Voya has taken action and rolled out the Just Right Advantage program as well as other tools and resources to lend extra support and help to diverse communities. Voya has a strong belief in embracing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) - whether it's recognizing and supporting minority, Black and LGBTQ+ communities, people with disabilities and special needs, women, veterans, Spanish speakers, essential works and other marginalized groups. As a company with a mission to be America's Retirement Company, Voya has created a robust DEI program that can serve as a roadmap for other organizations and a suite of practices, programs and tools to lift up and encourage financial wellness for underserved communities and underserved employees.
